Are Pocket Bikes Legal In New Hampshire?

i was thinking about buying a pocket bike and this is what i want from this link -> http://www.minipocketrockets.com/raptor-mini-bike/ but the thing is i dont know if its legal in nh to own and operate in street or off road

    They are only legal on your own property, or someone else’s, so long as you have their permission. Not legal on public roadways, sidewalks, parking lots, etc. In other words, unless you have a large property, they’re pretty much unusable.

    James is 100% correct. That doesn’t mean you wont see them tearing up the streets, you will get a warning or ticket if caught. FYI neighbors dont like them and will call cops cause they are loud if your racing around your neighborhood
